This is probably the last thing that the web needs is one more blog! But it's an easy way for me to get the word out of a little business I'm starting. This summer, as I've anticipated Alivia's birthday (our 3rd daughter who we lost almost 2 years ago), my mind has been drawn to the fact that we still do not have a headstone for her. Finances have not allowed for it, and so I started to think of a way to help supplement to make this possible, as well as to enjoy this hobby of mine.
I'm not the most educated or gifted person around, but this is one thing I have some experience in - redesigning and refinishing furniture. And it's something I love...making old things new. I have no guarantee that this will even take off the ground, but I'm going to give it a shot!
