rachael's school house chairs

Rachael is a photographer, and also a dear friend, who needed some kid's chairs painted. She didn't have them yet, but knew what she wanted - simple, different sizes, and painted in soft colors. I was able to find the following old school house chairs and went to work.



She wanted them painted a soft blue and yellow and actually requested the same blue that I had used on the rocker. She also wanted them distressed quite a bit to show up well in pictures and have that old vintage look.









The mistake I keep making is forgetting to take pictures, either before or after. So, thank you Rachael for taking and sending me these pictures after you got the chairs! Glad to see they are happy in their new home.
